Selling your house can be very stressful for the seller, let alone the real estate agent. Ralene Nelson told me everything that needed to be done in the house AND in the garage to make it attractive to prospective buyers. Cleaning out the garage was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Actually, getting rid of the clutter felt great, even though it tired me to the bone. Cleaning out the send BR was a huge deal for me.
She offered several times to hold open houses at my convenience, willingly giving up her weekends. It was a lot of work for me to get my house ready to show, but I was glad to be able to show Ralene the finished product.
