Total home sales in the U.S. 2011-2020

In 2018, there were 5.96 million homes sold in the U.S. and this figure was projected to increase to 6.12 million by 2020. The number of home sales has steadily risen since 2011, except for a slight dip in 2014.Housing market
The number of housing units in the U.S. steadily rose between 1975 and 2010, but has remained stable since then. In 2018, there were 138.45 million housing units in existence in the United States. The volume of homes started in the U.S. has also been increasing since 2011. This trend mirrors the economic recovery after the global financial crisis and property crash (2007-2009).Home prices
The average sales price of new homes has also been rising since 2011. Buyer confidence seems to have recovered after the property crash, which has increased demand for homes and also the prices sellers are demanding for homes. At the same time, the affordability of U.S. homes has decreased.

On Saturday, February 22th 2020, Sportz 4 Kids Inc. will be holding our 3rd Annual Dinner charity event. This will be an exciting evening for all adults. There will be a dinner, dance, along with a raffle and live silent auction.
Our goal for this event is to raise money for local taekwondo athletes that can be helped through our Non-Profit. These athletes have spent countless hours training and competing to qualify for extraordinary events and tournaments. Our goal is that every athlete that is qualified to compete can attend National tournaments, which is costly. We would like to raise enough funds to cover each competitor’s entry fee, airfare, and hotel expense when possible.
Thank you for your support and contributions. Your generosity will help these kids achieve a goal they have been striving for.
